Montash is looking to grow our recruitment team and are on the hunt for highly motivated individuals to help expand our fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Work with and support senior stakeholders at director level.
• Aid stakeholders in achieving growth within technology projects for globally recognised brands.
• Source and provide the best talent available to offer solutions to challenges faced by stakeholders.
• Create a network of key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in recruitment is a plus.

Training:

Successful candidates will receive 12 months of tailored training. You will also be working closely with a designated mentor, and a variety of our best recruiters to help you become a fully independent consultant by the end of the first year.
