    Head of HR - up £50k

I am currently exclusively partnering with an outstanding business in the public sector, actively on the lookout a Head of People in Bradford The role is a unique chance to lead the HR function and is the ideal opportunity for someone looking to really make an impact.

    You'll be reporting directly to the CEO.


    Role:
    Overall responsibility for the HR function
    Management of the small HR team
    Work with colleagues to develop and implement outstanding onboarding processes, wellbeing policies & procedures a coaching model
    Liaise with our external HR partner to address HR issues that arise
    To support and coach managers with a range of ER related cases
    Develop and embed happy workplace principles and ensure staff are supported and empowered to fulfil their roles
    Develop our recruitment processes to attract the best candidates for all roles ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices
    Manage safeguarding concerns appropriate to your role and level of training including ensuring all safer recruitment practices are adhered too Ideal Candidate Ideally CIPD level 7 or working towards or equivalent
    Experience in safer recruitment practices
    HR Generalist background
