    Job Description

    Providing full administrative support to Southampton's professional services team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • General administration duties to the PS teams
    • Onboarding new clients
    • Formatting Word documents, PowerPoint presentations plus other standard documents
    • Arranging appointments, meetings and lunches
    • Booking travel and accommodation
    • Various adhoc admin tasks
    • Providing support to BD/Marketing including event organisation
    Qualifications

    Key Skills and Experience

    • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
    • Relevant experience within a professional services environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong attention to detail
    • Excellent administration skills, including advanced ability in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and Outlook
    • Understanding the need for working discreetly and maintaining confidentiality
    • Ability to problem solve and work independently as required
    • Ability to prioritise and work well using initiative
