- General administration duties to the PS teams
- Onboarding new clients
- Formatting Word documents, PowerPoint presentations plus other standard documents
- Arranging appointments, meetings and lunches
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Various adhoc admin tasks
- Providing support to BD/Marketing including event organisation
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Relevant experience within a professional services environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent administration skills, including advanced ability in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and Outlook
- Understanding the need for working discreetly and maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to problem solve and work independently as required
- Ability to prioritise and work well using initiative
