- Will have an established presence within broadcast talent and will be incredibly well connected.
- Demonstrable experience working in a commercial setting, negotiating competitive rates and contract stipulations.
- Innate ability to spot and develop big potential talent for broadcast.
- Talent development experience is key for this role.
