    Scheduler

    Hybrid Work Set-up in Norwich (Office required at least 2 days a week)

    Full-time Position, Working 37 hours per week on rotation: (Operating hours are from 8.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8.00am to 5.00pm on Friday)

    Starting Salary: £25,351 per annum, with potential progression to £26,969 per annum

    About the Position

    We have a great opportunity for a Scheduler to become part of our team! We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for assisting people, and a commitment to providing top-notch service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Organizing day-to-day repairs through our scheduling system to ensure efficient allocation of our responsive trade workers.
    • Maintaining effective communication internally with colleagues and externally with tenants, subcontractors, and external parties.
    • Assisting customers in utilizing digital tools and platforms effectively.
    • Demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks, handle workload efficiently, and address emergencies promptly.
    • Displaying flexibility, teamwork, and readiness to support fellow schedulers within the team.

    About You

    This role is perfect for someone eager to progress in the Housing Sector. You should possess problem-solving skills, self-motivation, initiative, the ability to work independently, take pride in your work, and deliver exceptional service.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, a basic grasp of repairs, and GCSE-level qualifications in English and Maths. Additionally, you must have clear and efficient communication skills, strong time management abilities, the capacity to handle difficult conversations, and proficiency in Microsoft Programs.
