At Invision Recruitment, we are currently working alongside an up and coming building services provider, who are actively on the look for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing commercial contract in the City of London.

The successful candidate will be looking after a cluster of high-end commercial buildings in Central London working closely with the client, building relationships and promoting a good external view for our client.

and manage all aspects of the facilities management contract, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations while adhering to budgetary and contractual maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related matters and ensuring a high level of customer operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and health and safety compliance, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the facility.a team of facilities professionals, providing direction, support, and opportunities for growth to maintain a motivated and effective for operational improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and quality of service, while addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.

City and Guilds qualifications in either a mechanical or electrical disciplineyears of experience in a contracts management position dealing with your own P&L budgetIOSH or NEBOSHof technical standards and critical services.
