What you need?

Relevant Industry Qualifications.
Worked in an NHS Trust for 2 or more years
Mechancial/Electrical Bias.
NHS Experience is required
Key Responsibilities

Organising repairs and maintenance
Project managing of building and renovations
Delivery of Maintenance (reactive and planned).
Managing a team of engineers in the estates department
Dealing with outside contractors to deal with relevant repairs.
Have oversight of all minor works.
The Role

This role is a 6-month contract on a temp to perm basis.
The salary for this role is £33.71 an hour on a 37.5-hour week.
This will be paid through an Umbrella company.
