- Set up and maintain activity areas for children
- Ensure a safe and fun environment based on company policies
- Conduct taster sessions following Barracudas Fencing training
- Deliver a variety of age-appropriate, exciting sessions
- Provide safety instructions and equipment demonstrations
- Supervise children actively throughout the day
- Encourage maximum participation
- Collaborate with other staff members
- Complete daily and weekly paperwork
- Regularly check fencing equipment
- Ensure general welfare and safeguarding
- Maintain site tidiness and equipment storage
- Ensure safe equipment use
- Complete the FREE 1-day Fencing+ course
- Minimum age of 18
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Provide professional/academic references
- Be enthusiastic, caring, organized with excellent communication skills
- Obtain an enhanced DBS check
- Attend Assessment Event and online training
- Participate in Induction Training Day
- Assist with camp pack up
- Follow Health and Safety guidelines
- Organize appropriate activities
- Encourage children to participate and follow the timetable
- Ensure children behave safely and know their whereabouts
- Follow camp systems and guidelines on child welfare
- Be a positive role model promoting a healthy lifestyle
- Report any Child Protection concerns
- Accommodate children's needs and medical conditions
- Deliver Skills Builder sessions when needed
- Support swimming sessions when required
- Perform tasks as necessitated by the role and business objectives

Salary: £405.69 – £530.76 per week, based on age, experience, and qualifications (Wage levels updated yearly)
