ROOM LEADER | PERMANENT | EAST LONDONRemedy are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Room Leader for our nurseries in East london
Have a NVQ level 3 or above qualification in Child Care.
Can be responsible for the day-to-day management of their room and encourage good practice by the staff team.
Observe each child's progress and report on their achievements.
Be a keyworker for a specified number of children.
Plan a range of interesting and exciting activities to promote children's development.
Assist the nursery with the organisation of and attend parent's meetings as required.
Assist the preparation of the nursery for Ofsted inspections and action any recommendations made by the Inspector, in consultation with the Nursery Manager.
In the absence of the Nursery Manager/Deputy Manager, ensure all doors are locked and lock the building at the end of the day, including the setting of the alarm.
