Description

We are supporting a disruptive, carbon-reduction, engineering business to hire a Project Accountant; this role is critical to their scale-up plans.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a brand-new role and the incumbent will manage performance of all projects.

From on-boarding to completion, you will track profitability, monitoring the success and be the lead regarding any finance decisions relatedto the projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone data-driven, who has good commercial understanding of projects and passion for business partnering.

Project based experience is a must, as is advanced excel skills.

Good understanding of P&L and balance sheet is also crucial, we are looking for someone who is proactive and forward thinking, this business has a fast paced, emotionally intelligent environmentwhich has layers of complexity due to what they do.

This is a hybrid working role - 2/3 days in office.
