Responsibilities:


  • Manage the front desk and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance of the reception area
  • Manage meeting rooms and ensure they are ready for use
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as required

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
