Receptionist - Financial Services Company in London - Katie Bard (Angela Mortimer Plc)
Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Provide excellent customer service, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance of the reception area
- Manage meeting rooms and ensure they are ready for use
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally in a corporate environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
