    Passionate Music Teacher

    Pay Scale:
    £110 - £185 per day


    Are you a dedicated Music Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Sunderland? GSL Education is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a dynamic school environment and inspire students with the joy of music.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Plan and deliver engaging music lessons across Key Stages 3-5, catering to varying levels of musical ability.
    Foster a love for music and creativity among students through interactive and innovative teaching methods.
    Organize and lead extracurricular music activities, such as choir rehearsals, band sessions, and musical productions.
    Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their musical development.
    Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider musical curriculum and school events.

    Requirements:

    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Music or relevant equivalent qualification.
    Proven experience teaching Music in secondary schools, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
    Proficiency in playing musical instruments and leading ensemble performances.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
    A passion for music education and a commitment to fostering creativity and talent in young musicians.
