We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join an established and growing, global business. With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, this company is poised for continued growth and success.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, optimising processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Manage and oversee all aspects of the production process, including planning, scheduling, and quality control.
Manage and develop a team of skilled technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and support.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
You can be based anywhere in the Midlands, hybrid working options are available.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend industry events as needed.
