Salary:
£60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits + Bonus

My Client, a leading provider of packaging products are looking to recruit a Sales manager to be part of their senior management team accountable for the day-to-day management of sales & marketing function, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategy, customer success initiatives and driving performance of the sales team.

Leading the sales team to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Line Management of Sales Account Manager and the Sales Administration teams.
Development and implementation of Sales & marketing strategy, including pricing.
Working with team members to improve performance and productivity.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (Internal & external)
Preparing and presenting reports to senior management

Significant experience leading Sales teams
Significant experience in product sales (not service), ideally selling products within the Trade.
Significant experience handling commercial negotiations with clients.
Experience within a private sector company
Advanced MS Excel
