Adecco is proud to be working with a leading housing organisation to help source their next Head of Housing Services and Support.

This is an interim opportunity with the real possibility of extension.

Reporting to the senior management team the post holder will have the opportunity to create a resident-focused environment, provide inspirational leadership, and deliver high-quality housing services.

Leading and managing managers for multiple complex needs services.
Leading services across a wide geographical area.
Experience in change management and turning around under performing services.
Dealt with complex teams and supported multiple people management issues at once.
Experience in stakeholder management and working strategically.
Ability to manage multiple projects with good communication and organisational skills
Experience in selfaudit and quality assessment.
