- Health and Safety standards
- Cask filling, disgorging and despatching – in line with production and customer requirements
- Bulk tanker - loading and unloading
- Use of production recording and stock reporting systems e.g. DRAMS
- Administration of despatch and export tanker documentation
- Potentially acting as a relief operator in the distillery
- Additional responsibilities in line with competency and desire
- Flexible, willing to learn and excellent attention to detail is essential
- Able to work under own initiative and support problem solving
- Previous experience in a similar role within the whisky and/or spirits industry would be beneficial
- It is a requirement that applicants hold a full clean UK driving licence and previous fork lift truck experience would be advantageous although not essential (training can be provided)
- Candidates must be computer literate and have experience using Excel, Word
- Production and data recording as part of previous experience

The role: We are looking for a hard-working and reliable operator, ideally with experience in the spirits industry, to play a dual role working across our busy tank farm and cask warehousing operations. To be successful here, you'll be a self starter, very accurate and organised, and be comfortable working with your hands and with high value spirit.
