Long term work available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets and want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future.

• Rate of £16.98 per hour - first 39 hours
• Rate of £25.47 per hour - final 11 hours
• Rate of £18.85 per hour - average across 50 hours
• Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
• Lodge or Mileage paid depending on distance (Relevant Documentation must be provided i.e. Proof of Address, Tenancy Agreement)

• Saturday – First 4 hours' time & a half – after 4 hours double time
• Sunday – Double time

• Full understanding of duties required for Construction Works.
• Full understanding of duties required for Groundworks.
• Good understanding of Concrete associated works.
• Capable of working to instruction with minimal explanation.
• Ability to work with others.
• Provide assistance to chargehand and other tradesman.
• CSCS Card Blue (Skilled Worker)
• Manual handling
• Knowledge of multiple trades.
• Abrasive wheels.
• Working at height, lanyards
