A very creative Advertising and Production Agency are recruiting for a Finance Director for 6-9 month with potential to go perm.

The company promotes a very flexible hybrid style, get the work done and done well

The Finance Director will ensure the team produce accurate financial and management information that will allow meaningful decisions to be made within the business.

You will have the ability to develop robust growth plans and forecasts to enable the growthand development of the business.

Also, you will work closely with the management team to drive through finance and business processes and change where needed.

This fully qualified Finance Director must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to influence and lead colleagues.

You will need to demonstrable experience of partnering with senior management, have a proventrack record of contributing to Company growth in a Creative environment.

This is a great hands-on opportunity for an aspiring, pro-active, outward going and driven Finance Director to lead and manage the financial operation of the business from start to finish.

You will have an opportunity to work and manage a finance team of 6, all very capable and accountable. They will need your guidance and direction as well as support in their personal growth.
