Internal Sales Representative
A great salary £25k with a decent bonus structure, taking yearly salary to £28,600 a year, A referral program that can get you up to £700 a placement, an award program that provides vouchers ranging from £50 to £500, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (3days allocated at Christmas), An annual conference that involves site seeing, activities and conference and a get fit scheme that contributes £80 towards gym memberships or a bike


Internal Sales representative will work closely with sales management, inside and outside, to build and develop relationships with new and existing accounts to provide an excellent sales experience and problem resolution.

Internal Sales Key accountabilities

This self-motivated individual will be responsible for supporting the following objectives:

  • Proactively Contact potential or existing customers, ask questions to understand customerrequirements, close sales, inform them about a product or service using scripts from start to finish in a positive, efficient & professional manor.
  • Develop professional relationships to determine customer's needs, expectations,limitations, and requirements for the purpose of providing customer satisfaction,customer loyalty and customer growth.
  • Provide complete problem resolution for issues received through customers.
  • Educate customers about features and benefits of product to improve brand loyalty and upsell opportunities.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Be able to actively plan and structure your workload to be efficient
  • Be able to look after you own accounts and help with workload when necessary
  • Actively participate in all necessary training development programs
  • Act as liaison on behalf of the customer to resolve problems bothinternally and externally
  • Understand and adhere to corporate policies & procedures.
  • Always present a professional image to customers, vendors, and other departments.
  • Participate in special projects and/or provide support to project teams regarding improvements or changes to existing programs or implementation of new programs.
  • Proactively provide and communicate process & system improvement needs.
  • Actively communicate and work with the entire team to ensure a cohesive and productive environment.
  • Identifies and accurately evaluates both operating & customer requirements to get to the root of the problem.
  • Other Duties that are reasonably associated with the above essential functions of the job
  • Understand and follow Quality Management System
Internal Sales Experience

  • Previous experience working in an Internal Sales, Telesalesenvironment or an administrative support role withincreasing responsibilities
  • Skills and knowledge of multiple software and businessdata systems
  • Demonstrable knowledge of customer service principlesand best practice
  • Career background in account management and projectmanagement(Desirable)
  • Multitasking; able to manage multiple projects
  • Understands customer expectations
  • Integrates customer service in our culture
  • Works to meet defined goals & objectives
  • Understands and accepts changes
  • Builds & maintains organizational relationships across
