My public sector client is looking to recruit a number of Procurement Specialists into their procurement team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Procurement Manager, the role of procurement specialist will be responsible for supporting the delivery of procurement projects across o range of category areas whilst ensuring all activity is in line with the procurement plan as well as relevant compliance and regulations.

You will also be involved in evaluating tender responses, assisting stakeholders with questions regarding the procurement process and, as part of the wider team, delivering the overall strategic procurement plan.

The role requires individuals who have some procurement experience and who are now looking for their next career step. Experience of public sector procurement isn't essential but would be an advantage.

The role requires 2 days a week in the office and will pay circa £32,000.
