    Description

    We're searching for a BDR / Business Development Representative to join a RegTech specialist company that takes pride in their flexible working approach. They offer a base salary of up to £35,000 with an OTE potential of £45,000 in the first year. It's great if you have experience in B2B sales and lead generation, but they are also open to candidates from diverse backgrounds.

    The key responsibilities of the BDR role include:

    • Utilizing Email, LinkedIn, and Telephone to uncover new lead opportunities.
    • Engaging with potential clients to grasp their business requirements.
    • Scheduling appointments for Account Executives for deal closures.
    • Conducting research and offering data insights on the current market.
    • Progressing to attending meetings and finalizing your own deals.
    • Long-term potential to build and lead a team, advancing your career.

    Requirements for the BDR position:

    • Prior experience in generating and pursuing cold leads.
    • Track record of success in a similar new business role is advantageous.
    • Understanding of the FinTech sector is helpful but not mandatory.

    As a BDR, you can expect:

    • Competitive base salary of up to £35,000 annually.
    • Achievable OTE of £45,000 per year with unlimited potential.
    • Work remotely 4 days a week – with just 1 day in the office.
    • Clear path for career growth in the organization.
    • Option to choose between the London or Chester office for visits.
