Are you and experienced Site Maintenance Engineer? We are seeking a skilled Site Maintenance Engineer to join our client in Cadishead, Greater Manchester. This is a key role that would involve day to day maintenance duties as well as involvement in development projects and installation of new technologies to solve processing problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out preventative maintenance on all equipment and machinery

Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults and repair machinery in a timely manner

Manage the maintenance schedule and ensure work is completed on time

Work closely with production staff to ensure minimal downtime

Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

HNC/NVQ in Engineering

Proven electrical/mechanical engineering experience

Experience of working with heavy machinery

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills

Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
