    As a Parts Supervisor, you will be involved with the day-to-day management of the Department along with the Parts LeaderWhat does the role of the Parts Supervisor involve?Provide excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely mannerEnsure all needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of productsUse Manufacturer's Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems effectively for our customers' needsWork with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, being their first port of call when they have a query What do you need to succeed as a Parts Supervisor?Be comfortable liaising via various channels including phone, email, fax and face to faceExperience gained within the motor industry and with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of partsAttention to detail and being a champion of continuous improvementPeople-focused and an inspirational team playerExcellent communication and organisational skillsCustomer-facing experience and proficiency in IT systems and packagesHere at Pendragon, together, we're unstoppable.
