Description

As an Administrator, you will join a prestigious, well recognised company and hold a varied role to include purchasing and liaising with manufactures and suppliers, scheduling service visits and processing contracts.


Duties for the Administrator:


  • Booking in customer returns
  • Process maintenance contracts, service visits call outs and contract renewals
  • Manage the office diary
  • Set up new credit and supplier accounts
  • Reconciling of supplier invoices and payments from customers
  • Liaise with head offer regarding overdue accounts and take appropriate action
  • Type up quotes from costing sheets
  • Process staff expenses, petty cash receipts and foreign cash requests
  • Booking of hotels, hire cares and flights
  • Maintain the customer and purchase order books on Excel
  • Stock control, stock counts, month end reporting and banking
  • Deal with spare parts order from customers
  • Facilities management
  • Strong administration experience
  • Ability to effectively prioritise
  • Proficient on a computer and with the use of Microsoft office
  • Strong communication skills
As an Administrator, you will be required to work Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. The salary is offering £22,500 and free parking along with other company benefits are provided.
