Administrator - Chandlers Ford, United Kingdom - The Work Shop
Description
As an Administrator, you will join a prestigious, well recognised company and hold a varied role to include purchasing and liaising with manufactures and suppliers, scheduling service visits and processing contracts.
Duties for the Administrator:
- Booking in customer returns
- Process maintenance contracts, service visits call outs and contract renewals
- Manage the office diary
- Set up new credit and supplier accounts
- Reconciling of supplier invoices and payments from customers
- Liaise with head offer regarding overdue accounts and take appropriate action
- Type up quotes from costing sheets
- Process staff expenses, petty cash receipts and foreign cash requests
- Booking of hotels, hire cares and flights
- Maintain the customer and purchase order books on Excel
- Stock control, stock counts, month end reporting and banking
- Deal with spare parts order from customers
- Facilities management
- Strong administration experience
- Ability to effectively prioritise
- Proficient on a computer and with the use of Microsoft office
- Strong communication skills
