About the role
We are seeking a talented, results-orientated Website Executive to join our Digital team within the Digital Transformation department.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will play a critical role in optimising our website and online platforms, ensuring accessibility, functionality, user experience and search engine visibility.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the College's mission of improving women's healthcare globally.


Key responsibilities:

Content management: edit, proofread, and publish content on our main website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with College style and brand guidelines

Website optimisation: support processes to optimise website pages, improve website accessibility, functionality, page design, and SEO based on data-driven insights and best practices across all our online platforms

Analytics and reporting: support the implementation and tracking of website analytics through tagging, data analysis, and reporting to inform future content development and user experience enhancements

User support: provide support to website users by responding to queries, resolving issues, and offering guidance

User experience: monitor and analyse user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to enhancing the user experience across our online platforms

Digital transformation: collaborate with the Digital Transformation team to develop and implement initiatives for continuous improvement of our digital processes and procedures
