    As a branch manager, you are wholly responsible for all aspects of Branch Banking in your branch & you will work with your Area Manager and other local managers to lead your team across Customer Experience, People, Commercial performance and Community.


    Working collaboratively with stakeholders to build networks across professions, schools and other communities, enhancing the profile and reputation of Danske Bank delighting existing customers and attracting new relationships.


    Youll lead, develop, motivate and manage your team, to enable the efficient and effective delivery of the key strategic and commercial goals of Danske Bank.


    Following regulations and policies will be a standard requirement in the Bank, so fully understanding and interpreting will be a daily requirement as youll manage the risk profile of your Branch.

    Experience of leading, motivating, coaching and developing a team in a customer focused environment Proven ability of generating business through building networks in the local community Experience of managing customer relationships Proven track record in leading a team to delivery on the key strategic and commercial goals (including management of costs)
