As a result we are looking to recruit Waiters/ Waitresses and Bartenders/ mixologists in one of our vibrant venues, Tom Browns Brasserie.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- An energetic, multi-tasker who will help their team, whilst keeping their own section running smoothly
- Greet, serve and look after our guests, so they go home happy
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love
- Be a champion of brand standards
- Know the menus inside out, making recommendations to our guests
- Passionate about our food and drinks and will ensure it only goes to guests when it is perfect
- Conscious of keeping our team and our guests safe at all times
- Being a team player by helping on the bar and communicating well with the kitchen
