    Market & Product Education Specialist

    Job Description Summary

    The Market & Product Education Specialist will ensure that XpertHR sales representatives receive a high standard of market and product education, which they can draw on to support high quality, effective sales conversations with customers and prospects.

    Specifically, the Market & Product Education Specialist will work with market- and product- experts across the business to develop a compelling curriculum of training activities for the XpertHR global sales team and ensure the effective delivery of this training across a variety of formats.

    The Team

    The Market & Product Education Specialist will work in total alignment with the sales teams supporting all products (Cendex, Gapsquare, Aptifore and Core UK and US) across new business and cross sell opportunities. The person should deliver best-in-class training support of our products. While the Market & Product Education Specialist will be based within the UK, they will also be responsible for providing support to our US sales teams in their ongoing training.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Develops, implements and/or delivers internal training as it relates to the organization's products and the customers and markets they serve.
    • Works with market experts across the business to develop accessible courseware and supporting materials around market trends and the customer needs that our product portfolio supports.
    • Works with product development teams to develop and maintain effective courseware and supporting materials on relevant product functionality and roadmap.
    • Runs the calendar of market and product education activities, delivering some sessions themselves, with others delivered by colleagues (and/or invited guests) with specific expertise.
    • Works with sales leadership to track impact of training and identify any unmet market or product education needs.
    • Manages the curriculum and courseware to provide an ongoing programme of development for existing sales representatives, alongside a high-quality onboarding programme for new joiners.

    Experience:

    • Very experienced and/or qualified professional.
    • Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and solid understanding of related job disciplines.
    • Demonstrates mastery of concepts and procedures in a specialism.
    • Solves complex problems, often in an environment where precedent does not exist.
    • Works independently to define and test appropriate approaches to the business goal.
    • May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives.
    • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

    • Problem Solving: solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
    • Impact: impacts a range of activities and metrics within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies.
    • Interpersonal Skills: works to build consensus and align colleagues around a shared plan.
