Job Description:

Please note, this is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm.

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for ensuring that our customer information is accurate and up to date within our systems.

Enter suites and types for Customer testing requirements.
Compiles, and verifies accurate information according to priorities.
Reviews data for deficiencies or errors and amends accordingly
Regularly reviews files to eliminate duplication of data.
Generates reports as and when required.
Deals with any queries that may arise in relation to data entry.
Complies with data integrity and company security policies.
Performs bac up of information.
Complies with GDPR in relation to customer and company information.

Qualifications:

Computer literate, confident with Microsoft Office
Attention to detail
Organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to work under pressure
