Job Description:


Please note, this is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm.


The purpose of the role is to be responsible for ensuring that our customer information is accurate and up to date within our systems.


  • Enter suites and types for Customer testing requirements.
  • Compiles, and verifies accurate information according to priorities.
  • Reviews data for deficiencies or errors and amends accordingly
  • Regularly reviews files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Generates reports as and when required.
  • Deals with any queries that may arise in relation to data entry.
  • Complies with data integrity and company security policies.
  • Performs bac up of information.
  • Complies with GDPR in relation to customer and company information.

Qualifications:


  • Computer literate, confident with Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
