- Drive existing business and develop new customer and product opportunities.
- Collaborate with international customers and suppliers while identifying potential within new and existing customers with a focus to growing the UK & Overseas turnover in line with the business' extensive growth plans.
- Regularly report on sales and marketing activities.
- Exceed sales targets aligned with company strategy and KPIs.
- Identify growth opportunities, deliver exceptional customer service, and present products to stakeholders.
- Minimum 4-7 years International Trading experience, preferably with packaging raw materials knowledge.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and suppliers.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively with diverse nationalities.
- Willingness to travel and understanding of import/export procedures, including Incoterms.
