Our clients are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager for their busy setting in the Fishponds area of Bristol.

Supporting the daily operations of the nursery, based on a 40 hr working week with great salary and benefits with this growing Provider.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
