Attention all industry professionals from diverse backgrounds


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deliver course content on sound and staging, including setting up and operating sound equipment, setting up stages and lighting, and understanding acoustic principles.
  • Engage and support adult learners in their professional development, providing feedback and mentorship as needed.
  • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration and experimentation.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to program directors and coordinators.

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years of experience working in the entertainment industry as a sound and staging professional.
  • Strong understanding of the technical and creative aspects of sound and staging, including experience with industrystandard software and equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information in an accessible and engaging manner.
  • Experience teaching or mentoring others in a professional or educational setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other instructors and program coordinators.

Job Types:

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 5 per week


Salary:
£26.37-£31.31 per hour
