As a Health and Safety Consultant with Finch, you will assist in building our core health and safety competencies across multiple sectors.
These sectors may vary from the construction, manufacturing, and food and drink industries to agriculture and transport.The successful candidate will be invited to join our 6-month onboarding programme, where you will learn the full Finch process: from how enquiries are dealt with initially to client visits, report writing, and follow-up.
We are looking for an engaging Health and Safety Consultant to join our community, based in the UK. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, assisting with building our core competencies across multiple sectors.The main responsibilities for this role will be to provide guidance on compliance with health and safety legislation and guidance to colleagues and clients and, following training to provide expert witness services to the court.
Degree or similar qualification in health and safety.Have a demonstrably in-depth and expert knowledge of the application of health and safety legislation and guidance across a wide range of industries.
An in depth knowledge of all or some of the following: work at height, workplace transport, load security, workplace plant safety, CDM regulations and the role of duty holders, agricultural safety, COMAH regulations, and process safety.
Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of H&S Law and regulatory guidance, its use, and application.Develop, support, and enhance the growth of the health and safety capability within Finch.
