• Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum

As a Hair and Beauty Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education and training to the students. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and informative Hair and Beauty lectures, workshops, and practical sessions
• Develop comprehensive course materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with industry standards and academic requirements
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning and skill development
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the hair and beauty industry to ensure curriculum relevance and innovation
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve program quality and student learning experiences
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success and personal growth

Requirements:

• Extensive experience working in the Hair and Beauty industry, with expertise in areas such as Hair Styling, Hairdressing, Skincare, Makeup Artistry, and Aesthetics
• Recognised qualifications in Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field
• Proven track record of teaching or training experience, preferably in a post-secondary education setting
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for education and a genuine desire to inspire and mentor students
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and backgrounds
• Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity
