Accountable to:
Deputy Head of Nursing/ Head of Nursing (professionally
accountable to lead AHP therapist)

About the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust: )
The post holder will
- Be a registered nurse/ AHP with significant experience at band 6 or above, with experience within an acute hospital and /or community setting.
- Trained to degree level with a teaching certificate or relevant experience.
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Communicate and network at all levels within SM CMG and partners across the Primary Health and Social Care Community.
- Work under own initiative and have a 'can do' attitude
- Work to tight deadlines.
- Use problem solving skills
- Be flexible / reliable and able to travel between sites.
- Be confident using IT skills
