We are currently on the lookout for devoted and energetic
SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on a full-time basis.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will assume a pivotal role in empowering students with SEN to reach their utmost potential, both academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized oneonone or small group support to students with SEN.
Collaborate with class teachers to devise and implement tailored lesson plans catering to individual needs.
Employ effective behavior management strategies and foster a culture of positivity within the classroom.
Offer assistance with personal care and attend to medical needs of students, as necessary.
Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with SENCOs and therapists to ensure holistic support for students.

Requirements:

Preferred experience working with children or young individuals with SEN, though not mandatory.
Possess a compassionate and empathetic demeanor, coupled with a genuine zeal for supporting individuals with SEN.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in addressing the evolving demands of the school environment.
Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are advantageous.
