Sporty Scholars, a leading sports and activity care provider for children, is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our passionate team.

As a Recruitment Coordinator at Sporty Scholars, you will play a vital role in sourcing and selecting talented individuals to support our goal of providing fun and engaging sports programs for children.

Your Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to our industry:

  • Identify and explore new recruitment channels specific to sports and child-focused industries
  • Manage job postings on relevant platforms catering to sports and childcare roles
  • Enhance recruitment efforts through targeted social media campaigns

Select and appoint qualified staff members:

  • Conduct interviews using techniques suitable for recruiting sports-focused individuals
  • Maintain appropriate staff ratios to meet the needs of our sports and activity programs
  • Implement contingency plans for emergency staffing requirements

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires:

  • Facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork for new employees
  • Organize preemployment training sessions tailored to sports and children's activity care
Act as a primary point of contact for staff and potential recruits:

  • Foster engagement with staff through effective communication initiatives
  • Provide support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process

Support training initiatives and operational tasks as needed:

  • Assist in coordinating training sessions specific to sports and children's programs
  • Collaborate with management to support operational tasks related to recruitment activities
Your Experience and Qualifications


Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in sports or childcare sectors
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for working in a childcentric environment
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced setting

Desirable Requirements:

  • Relevant education or certifications in sports management or childcare
  • Familiarity with best practices in sports and childcare recruitment
  • Understanding of Child Safeguarding practices and regulatory guidelines
  • Knowledge of effective recruitment strategies tailored to sports and activity care roles
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

All staff will be expected to complete an enhanced DBS check if they are not already on the DBS Update Service and supply us with references_
