    They will also play a critical supporting role in the implementation of our new HRIS.

    This is a fixed-term role initially through to end December 2024 but may transition to permanent once our HRIS deployment is complete.

    We would be happy to consider candidates wanting to work part-time (3-4 days per week) and/or flexibly.

    Provide the Central team people managers with internationally-based team members, particularly those in Spain, Italy and the Middle East with timely advice, guidance and support on employee relations, legislation, People policies, processes and procedures covering the full employee lifecycle, escalating to the Group Head of People Operations when necessary.

    Coordinating and drafting offers, contracts and contract amendments.

    Key point of contact for health, safety and wellbeing for internationally-based Central team members coordinating risk assessments, fire, health and safety and first aid training and liaising with the Group Health and Safety Director on workstation assessments.

    Performance Development
    Support people managers with the management of the performance development process.
    Guide and coach people managers with European-based team members to handle any performance issues.

    Administers HR data for internationally-based Central employees with the support of local HR, ensuring the data is robust and accurate and can be relied upon for payroll and reporting / analytics purposes.

    Support the implementation and deployment of the new HRIS as required, working on modules, helping to ensure data integrity and creating / organising training.

    Supports the Group People Adviser with driving employee engagement within the London office and across the internationally-based Central team, liaising with the People Administrator and the Group People Analytics and Engagement Analyst to deliver the NPS pulse surveys and employee engagement surveys and running focus groups to increase insight and formulate action plans.

    Payroll, pension and benefits

    Work with the local HR and Payroll to ensure they have all relevant information to run local payrolls, cross-checking information and ensuring efficiency of process as required.

    Oversee the Payroll Provider's management of monthly pay and pension administration, picking up and addressing any issues as appropriate.

    Policies and processes

    Support the Group Head of People Operations with the creation and updating of policies and guidance, tailoring information to the audience and aligning content to the ISP Values, Behaviours and Brand voice.

    Support the Group and Regional Heads of HR with mobility advice and guidance and the management of relocation and mobility cases across ISP, working with colleagues in the Tax team as necessary.

    Manage visa and immigration processes for Central team mobility cases and be the main point of contact for employees during their relocation.

    Once new HRIS is deployed, work with Talent and Regional HR to build and communicate project and secondment opportunities.

    Support with additional Group projects and activities as necessary.
    In-depth knowledge and practical experience of Spanish, Italian and UK employment law.
    Strong understanding of data privacy and GDPR.
    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with employees, people managers, local HR and third parties.
    Previous experience of using and/or implementing Workday
