    About the roleAs the Workload Planning & Performance Insights Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimising Customer Services resource planning and operational performance through the use of forecasting, planning and performance analysis techniques.

    You will develop short and long range resource plans and provide support to the Customer Services leadership team to identify and act upon opportunities to optimise productivity and customer service delivery.

    Key responsibilitiesand own an operational planning cycle that incorporates customer demand forecasts, efficiency impacts and the Society's strategic objectives into short, medium and long term resourcing report on the performance of the department against the workforce plan, highlighting any risks and making recommendations to adjust the plan as maintain Forecast models using industry standard maintain strong working relationships with strategic and operational leaders to understand organisational objectives and ensure workforce plans meet expectations.collaboration across Customer Services leadership team and HR / Finance functions to agree strategic resourcing plans.collaboratively across functions to ensure marketing plans, project impacts and organisational changes are fed into the workforce planning process.responsible for the accuracy of workforce data and regular monitoring of actual resourcing against plan / budget.

    Performance Insight analysis and present conclusions and recommendations to management team / senior assessments to evaluate the resourcing impacts of planned changes / project , build and embed management information into operational practices to enable managers to monitor and improve productivity and service delivery.contingency plans for peak workloads or unexpected resource shortages.projects to drive improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness.reports and statistical information as required to enable data-led decision making.improve workload planning and performance processes.

    Qualifications and skillsdepth knowledge and experience of workforce planning tools, methodologies and processes.analytical skills and the ability to evaluate both qualitative and quantitative collating, analysing, forecasting and presenting data.working within a Financial Services environment.meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisational and planning skills.influencing and negotiating skills.communicator with the ability to present data insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

    Microsoft Skills in Excel and Power BIto prioritise and deliver on multiple competing demands.ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of an organisation, including Senior Leaders.
