Warranty Administrator Vacancy - Motor Trade
Location: Stockport
Salary: Basic £30,000 - £35,000
Working Pattern: 40 hours, Full time, Permanent position
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warranty Administrator for our client's prestige franchise dealer site in Stockport
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator or a Service Administrator with strong warranty experience, to join a fantastic company and brand.
Role:
Working in a small dedicated warranty team, You will be responsible for the warranty process within the service department by working closely with both the advisors and the management. Your role will be to control warranty claims within the department to make sure all the paperwork is done to both to group and manufacturer standards. You must be an organised individual who is thorough with general administration.
We are looking for someone with a solid warranty administration background or Service Administration background. You must have experience within a Car Dealership and knowledge of the Kerridge dealer management system.
Full training with the brand and their IT systems will be provided. And there is support from senior colleagues in the warranty and service admin department
Key Requirements:
Previous experience working as a main dealer Warranty Administrator or Service Administrator.
- Good knowledge of the 1link and/or Kerridge system.
- Superb organisational and interpersonal skills.
