    We are seeking a Generative AI expert with proven experience in Large Language Models to join our centralized research team in driving key strategic initiatives for the Executive Office spanning Portfolio Management, Sales, HR, Compliance and Business Operations.

    The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading projects and be excited at the prospect of delivering on AI-related applications in asset management that result in firmwide efficiencies and novel insights whilst partnering with some of our most senior stakeholders.

    RequirementsMSc or preferably PhD in a quantitative subject7+ years of work experience, preferably at a finance or tech companyExpertise in Large Language Models, GenAI, Natural language Processing and Neural Network ArchitecturesAdvanced Python coding skills with experience in traditional data science packages (Numpy, Pandas)Basic SQL.

    Knowledge of other databases a plusMid-level knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlowTrack record of Project Management and delivering positive outcomes with a preference for prior team leadership experienceInterest in financial markets, macroeconomics and investment managementStrong results orientation and an ability to run multiple agendas concurrentlyProactive, well organised, high-energy self-starter who works well in a team environmentAbility to tackle sophisticated problems efficiently to a tight-deadline in a fast-paced professional environment
