Spinwell is recruiting for an HR Systems Administrator for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
- The role holder will support with the processing of forms submitted by the business and updating HR systems and organisation establishment spreadsheets to open, close or change roles within the org structure of the agency.
- Working from a central team mailbox, the post holder will identify submitted forms and validate that all approvals require have been obtained on the document.
- Ensuring that all information on the forms is correct against our establishment spreadsheet and identifying where changes made to a role will have wider impacts or consequences on the existing structure (e.g., such as where roles are being closed whilst being occupied).
- Escalating these situations appropriately.
- Tasks will involve data input, data cleansing, importing and exporting of data using a system tool, reconciling data to the HR system to ensure all data held is accurate. Running reports from the HR system and extracting data from the Establishment spreadsheet to answer business queries.
- Providing advice and guidance to the business on Establishment
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE HR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
- Communicates information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Strong administrative and organisation skills to ensure establishment spreadsheets are kept accurate and consistent.
- Experience of working independently without supervision using their own initiative to investigate and resolve queries or problems.
- Confident in Microsoft Excel with the ability to look through data to identify discrepancies or errors.
- Able to demonstrate how they have had to use problem solving and a keen attention to detail when investigating the potential consequences of changing data.
