We are searching for a Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager with well-developed communication skills, industry knowledge and experience.

The mechanical and electrical manager is the primary-point person responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, in accordance to specifications, and to our customers' expectations.

Main Tasks & Duties:

Leading project teams to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables
Technical reviews
Good commercial awareness
Managing direct labour and subcontractors
Procurement of subcontractors/specialist subcontractors and materials
Ongoing monitoring of project schedules, costs & quality
Upward reporting to more senior management on project progression
Preparation of site specific Health & Safety Documentation
Identify health & safety requirements
Handovers/closing out projects

Competencies & Skills:

Experience within the construction industry
Liaising with customers & other construction professionals
Assessing & minimising risk
Self-motivated, pro-active and knows when to seek guidance
Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities, deadlines and budgets
Works well under pressure Qualifications and Experience

CSCS

SMSTS

First Aid - preferred
Experience in the construction industry
