Great opportunity now available for a Finance Administrator to work with a company seen as one of Europe's leading suppliers in their sector.
As a business they heavily invest into educating their employees and like to create long standing internal careers.
This is an integral role within the Finance department to ensure the accurate reconciliation of the company's bank accounts combined with weekly processing of client refunds and payment of staff expenses.
Within the role of Finance Administrator you will:
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of all transactions in line with company policies
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Monitor creditor and debtor accounts, resolving issues when required
- Process monthly staff expenses
- Process proforma receipts ensuring timely updating of back office system
- Raise cash sale invoices on a monthly basis
- Provide general support to the finance team where required
- Assist with the month end processes, ensuring deadlines are met
- Support with other adhoc tasks
- Prior exposure/ experience in Finance department
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to prioritise and manage several tasks at once
- Confident IT user including use of Word and Excel
- Trustworthy and appreciates the need for confidentiality
- Must enjoy the challenge of working in an everchanging environment
Within the role of Finance Administrator your will work on a full time permanent basis, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
