Our client is one of the leading manufacturers in their industry and is looking for an experienced Production Planner to join the team

As the Production Planner duties include:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met
  • Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
  • Develop effective scheduling processes to achieve production objectives
  • Monitor project progress to ensure schedule's are followed
  • Address any issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
  • Prepare and submit status and performance reports
  • Organise, and maintain records
  • Collect and assess data about the production and team performance
  • Prepare reports regarding production processes and suggest ways to improve efficiencies
  • Travel to another site based in Frodsham will also be required on occasion

As the Production Planner you will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical & Numerical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Working knowledge of MS office
  • Experience in ERP/MRP planning systems desirable
  • Knowledge of of manufacturing processes would also be an advantage

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
