This privately owned agency is adding to its team in Ipswich and is keen to meet with experienced Recruitment Consultants that have a background in Professional and technical recruitment.

They have a quality-focused approach and offer a relaxed and supportive culture with lots of autonomy and no micro-management.

They are happy to look at Recruiters from other White Collar / Professional sectors and those who have at least 6 months experience as a 360 recruitment Consultant.

PACKAGE - Recruitment Consultant

Negotiable salary depending on experience

Hybrid and remote working - ideally 2 days office based per week

PERSON - Recruitment Consultant

6 months + as a 360 recruitment Consultant
Proven ability in winning new client business
Ambitious, selfstarter who performs best without KPI's
A teamplayer with a focused approach
Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
