This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of technology, markets, and customer needs. As a Product Specialist, you'll be the architect of market leadership, collaborating hand-in-hand with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Engineering. You will analyse current products, advise on strategic positioning, and identify opportunities for expansion, becoming the fuel for sales success.

You will empower your colleagues with research, insightful analysis, and compelling product collateral, transforming leads into loyal customers. You will be the customer confidante, understanding their challenges and goals, translating them into valuable insights for R&D and shaping the future of our client's offerings.

You will also architect a compelling product vision, defining and communicating the roadmap for our portfolio, driving growth and innovation.

You will be empowered to engage through the whole product management lifecycle:

• Creating new collateral and materials to promote standard product in existing markets
• Identifying market adjacencies for current products, creating go to market plans and materials
• Managing through-life updates, upgrades, and supporting obsolescence and succession decisions
• Helping to define what we do, and why we are doing it, influencing new development activities and launch to market.

• First class expertise in bringing manufactured products to the market
• Excellent written and spoken English, with a warm outgoing personality
• Ideally a background in telecommunications networks but not essential
• Familiarity with sales management processes
• Fluency in a foreign language would be advantageous
