  • The impact you will have in this role:

    The Production Support Associate is responsible for providing technical leadership across the EA Operations teams. This role supports key project driven initiatives, as well as day to day operational tasks to maintain the integrity of our applications and infrastructure.

    Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support EA team's infrastructure by providing Operations monitoring and system support for our environments
  • Work with our Operations team to provide support for event monitoring, incident triage and escalation
  • Provide support to all environments and ensure infrastructure stability
  • Contribute to projects by executing task deliverables and ensuring that targets are met
  • Work closely with peers to improve workflow process and communication
  • Align risk and control processes into daily responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to peers, business unit and Management
  • Drive automation of manual support tasks.
  • Develop and produce timely metrics based on the required management platforms
  • Execute performance and statistical monitoring to develop procedures and best practices which improve overall environment.
  • Actively strives to keep Standards documents, Process and Procedures Documents, and Baseline documents up to date with emerging industry standards
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Talents Needed for Success:

  • Familiar with ITIL practices and industry standard Alert, Incident, Problem and Change Management practices.
  • Experience in an Operations Support setup with the below technologies: Windows platform SQL Server / RDBMS databases MS-Access Python
