About the role and what you'll be doing:
Reporting to the Head of Legal, UK, the role involves assisting the legal team in managing legal business matters pertaining to the organisation in the UK and wider region.
The role also involves coordinating administrative and legal matters as requested the Head of Legal, UK.Key accountabilities:
As the legal administrator you will be assisting the legal team in managing legal business matters pertaining to the organisation in the UK and wider region.
- Support with the legal team and business leaders corporate and company secretarial matters.
- Reviewing NDA's and providing template contracts to stakeholders.
- Undertaking varied corporate work such as preparing board minutes, maintaining corporate registers and preparing filings.
- Working with senior lawyers on a diverse range of legal areas such as corporate, commercial, marketing and product.
- Assisting on major projects and coordinating actions for the senior lawyers.
- Arranging and attending internal and external meetings with the inhouse legal team and stakeholders and where required taking minutes.
- Management of the contract signature process and document storage.
- Coordination and management of the inhouse legal team training, department updates and internal department records/logs.
- Providing administrative support for the senior lawyers as required.
Skills and experience we'd like you to have:
- Experience of working in an in-house legal team.
- Prior experience of contract administration and management.
- Proactive, organisational skills, detailorientated with good communication skills and a keen and "can do" attitude.
- Ability to work in a team oriented, practical environment.
- Manage a variety of assigned projects.
- Excellent problemsolving, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- A selfmotivated and hard worker who can hit the ground running in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
