Part Qualified Accountant - Corporate Finance

Basingstoke up to £35- £40k depending on experience plus bonus, study support, and great benefits.
Butler Rose is proud to be supporting an exciting business with the recruitment of a part qualified accountant to join their large global finance team at their HQ in Basingstoke

This role requires a strong management accountant with experience of month end and financial reporting across multiple entities.

You'll need to be comfortable working in a busy, high volume, team focused role, and happy to support in areas outside of yourdaily duties.

Key responsibilities:

Preparation/approval of monthly journals working closely with key business partners
Accurate and timely month end reporting in line with the Finance team international timetable
Preparation of monthend analysis and commentary for management reporting
Completion of balance sheet reconciliations to support reviews with Finance managers and business partners
Intercompany accounting and reconciliations, overview of group recharges and settlements in line with transfer pricing agreements
Owner ship of accruals / prepayments ensuring entries are clean, clear and evidenced
Maintain financial controls in accordance with group policies and procedures
Support the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly flash reports in line with the centralised reporting strategy
Preparation of statutory financial statements and supporting information requests for tax return completion
Support indirect tax, local tax and adhoc statistical reporting
Liaise with internal and external audit teams
